Energy Account Payment Assistance (EAPA) Scheme
The Society will no longer process EAPA applications from 15th July and will cease being an EAPA provider on 14 August 2020.
We will continue to assist clients through conversations with them about their energy needs and circumstances so that we can ensure the right referral pathways and outcomes are provided to them. The following information are provided to ensure that we continue to support the people we assist:
