Annual Conference Review

“Last time we participated in a Conference review, I had found it truly worthwhile both from a personal point of view and as a revitaliser for the Conference as a whole ….. It gave an opportunity to build community, allow the members to speak freely, see how much the Conference had achieved, to acknowledge weaknesses and to plan a way forward in line with “The Rule”. The process description was clear and concise and simply expressed in “user friendly” language. I know that in our area, many members feel somewhat overwhelmed by the amount of paper work that they are asked to complete and for the members to fully participate the above elements are essential.“
