The Society’s new Strategic Plan 2024-2028: ‘Strengthening communities, transforming lives’
We are pleased to announce the Society’s new Strategic Plan 2024-2028, ‘Strengthening communities, transforming lives’, has now been approved by the Board and State Council.
The approval of our new strategy is an important milestone for the Society – its goals are firmly focussed on the people we assist and delivering service excellence and growth.
This plan was developed following extensive research, consultation and engagement with members, volunteers and employees across the Society.
We will have an initial strategy launch event on 20th April. This will be followed by a series of visits across the state, in which the State Council and the Executive Leadership Team will have an opportunity to introduce the plan to our members, volunteers and employees. The new strategy is coming into effect on 1 July 2023.
