We would like to congratulate Anne Stanfield AM who has been recognised in the 2024 King's Birthday Honours list and has been appointed with a Member of the Order of Australia (AM), recognising her significant service to community and social welfare organisations.

This is a well-deserved acknowledgement for the significant time and commitment Anne has dedicated to the work of the Society in NSW and ultimately the people we assist.

Anne has held a number of roles at the Society including: 

• Director of the Society NSW Board
• Chair of the Service Quality and Safety Committee
• Director of the National Redress company of the Society
• Director of the Society NSW Housing company 
• Chair of the Society NSW Housing Audit, Risk and Finance Committee 
• Central Council President (Parramatta)
• Conference member in Western Sydney
