High Tea and a Vinnies Vintage Fashion Parade fundraiser were held by Lismore’s Frassati Young Adults and St Carthage’s Conference on 12 November 2023 at the Lismore Showgrounds.  

It was an absolute success due to the collaborative effort involving members, volunteers and employees from across the Society, and the incredible generosity of local flood-affected business houses in donating items. 

The event surpassed expectations, with 144 tickets sold and demand for another 100.  

We are so grateful to the members and volunteers for their baking, decorating, setting up, cleaning up and musical entertainment. The event celebrated teamwork and community support while raising much needed funds for the Lismore community. 

Local businesswoman, Celina Hellyer, ran a very entertaining Best Dressed Competition, and member and employee Jonalyne Andersen orchestrated an outstanding Vinnies Vintage Fashion Parade.
