Donnie Rome joined Vinnies in late July 2023 as Change Manager within the ICT Team.

“My role at Vinnies NSW is to develop and implement change management plans and to assist with the smooth transition and implementation of the new Member and Volunteer System (MAVS). I assist with developing communications and training plans, and I work closely with key staff who might be impacted. 

The new MAVS has a number of features which will help volunteers and members manage their own profiles and training. Volunteers and Members will also be able to keep up-to-date with upcoming Society events.

I really enjoy helping and working with people to ensure they are comfortable and ready for change, and I look forward to meeting some of you during implementation.
