In February, Audrey and Ahmad from the Strategy, Delivery and Impact Team joined the Lismore Central Council for a 2025 strategy and goal setting workshop. The workshop focused on:
- Successes & Progress: Reflecting on 2024 goals, highlighting the progress made by Conferences in attracting new members, using CAMS, and growing referrals to external organisations.
- Situational Analysis: Challenges in the region, particularly the impact of cost-of-living, healthcare costs, and housing affordability and availability on the people we assist.
- Opportunities: 2025 goals and focus areas, including member recruitment, communication and training, First Nations engagement, and local partnerships with agencies and schools.
Regional Presidents will use the outcomes of the workshop as an opportunity to work with their Conferences to set goals for 2025.
