Outline of sessions throughout the day will include:
CAMS Session – 9:30am to 10:10am
The dedication by our members with the implementation to the CAMS system over the last 3 years has been a highlight of the ability of our Membership and we are truly appreciative each of you for the work you do on a daily basis.
We would like to invite you to attend this session to learn about how CAMS has made an impact specifically on how we support the people we assist, upcoming changes, including CAMS reporting, privacy and records management and outline the feedback survey we will send to collect feedback to make system changes. Please note this is not a training session.
Member and Volunteer Website Information session – 10:10am to 11:10pm
Whether you’re a long-time Member or Volunteer or new to our community, this session is a great opportunity to learn how to navigate the site effectively, complete online learning, access resources, and engage with our content.
Don’t miss out on your chance to ask questions, share feedback, complete compliance learning and see firsthand the communication tools we’ve developed to better serve you. If you have a laptop or tablet, please bring it along so we can make it easier for you to access our website when you get home.

Short break – 11:10 to 11:30am
Compliance Learning – 11:30am to 1:00pm
This will include a session that combines three of our four mandatory compliance modules face to face, including Code of Conduct, Safety Induction and Privacy and Confidentiality.
Lunch and Break – 1:00pm to 1:30pm
Safeguarding learning Session – 1:30pm to 3:00pm
This will be a facilitated session on our Safeguarding module which Provides tools and knowledge to implement the Society's Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy, and the Safeguarding Vulnerable People Policy.
