Wollongong Central Council Social Justice Network
The Wollongong Central Council Social Justice meetings are held online, bimonthly, on the 1st Thursday of the month at 12pm (noon). Upcoming meetings:
The Vinnies NSW Social Justice Network is a community of people committed to building a more just and compassionate NSW. Together, we take actions like collecting signatures for petitions, visiting our Members of Parliament (MPs), and hosting community events.

Central Council Member Events
Member Support Days 2025
We would love to please join us for a meet and greet event. During this time, we will be able to focus on you and your needs as a Member of the Society over a cuppa. Some things that may (in consultation of your RP) be covered include, support with clearance checks, in person learning, and general MAVS, CAMS, Finance & IT support.
For more information about this event, or to RSVP 2 weeks prior to your chosen date, please respond to svdpwollongong@vinnies.org.au with the date of session, your name, conference, and any dietary requirements.
Dates of Interest
Vinnies Vans are a free mobile service for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness or social isolation. This service only runs due to the valuable time that our volunteers donate to us every week. If this is something you may be interested in, we are always welcoming to people who would like to volunteer their time with cooking meals, making sandwiches, sorting donations, making up packs, driving the van, packing the van, handing out donations and food at services. If you would like to volunteer your time on any of our Vans and you are 16 to 17 years old (with your guardian's attendance) or 18 and above, please contact your relevant Van Coordinator below.
South West Sydney Vinnies Van
Vinnies Vans are outreach services that provide meals and snacks, blankets, toiletries, hot beverages, and most importantly, companionship and referrals. The South West Sydney Vinnies Van Provides the following Services:

5:00pm Macquarie Fields Samaritan House, Pritchard Rd (behind Vinnies Shop)
