<p>We all have a shared responsibility for safety and need to work together to keep everyone safe. People leaders have increased responsibility due to their influence over how our work is managed. Our senior leaders are ultimately accountable for the health and safety of our people.</p>
<p>The safety team is responsible for the provision of an effective safety management system, the associated tools and the provision of professional advice and practical support to enable success. </p>
